Major crawford lonehill safety concerns

Hi, My 3 year old attends crawford lonehill. He was severly injured on his face due to negligence of the teacher leaving the kids unsupervised.We were called to school to pick him up and advised that he just fell. We arrived at school to find that he was severely injured on the side of his face. They had just placed a ice pack on the large wound. No disinfective or bandge was placed. We later found out from my kid that he was pushed by another onto the bench. We then called the teacher later on and only then did we find out he was unsupervised. We had to rush him to the ER and further have additional follow up visits and cost. This was the 3rd safety incident we expèrinced due to non supervision. We have raised a few concerns since the beggininng of the year with the principal. We feel theres no accountability nor responsibley to bring about change. This experience has lost our faith in crawdford international. The standards have drastically dropped and our kids arent safe. Please advise who can we further raise this with?
