Evolve Online School/ ADvTECH Group- Taking me for a ride -

I enrolled my kids with Evolve Online a school marshaled by Colin Northmore. My kids were both enrolled in mid February 2021 by the school. I paid the registration and start of fees on their online platform. I then got my kids packages a month and a half after the fact. My kids school timetables were either incorrect or erroneous. They stated the school would be run with their state of the art new online portals, which are quarter of the time incorrect or not working properly. Their app wre finally loaded beginning of April 2021 Now having enrolled my kids half way through the second month (my kids were able to start classes 18 February 2021) or the 1st term i dont see why i have to pay fees for a month my kids did not attend. Then half the month was spent trying to get us setup for online classes properly. Now I queried the 1st payment as to why I have to pay 2 children who were not enrolled at the time as I had been charged 2 months school fees after just 2 weeks in the school. I then spoke to Andrea Sewell via telephone about the situation and the errors on charging. They then suspended my kids from the school for non-payment as I was asking for a Invoice with the correct amounts. I then paid the arrears with the exception of one month as per agreement made with Andrea Sewell, they have Suspended my kids from classes again. (Still no explanation) why I have to pay for a month when my kids has not even signed up to be at the school.

I have kept to the arrangement made with the Andrea Sewell for payments, and she seems to forget or abscond from those arrangements, I still want to know why I have to pay for a month where my child was not even enrolled in the school.

When you call the Admin at the school they promise to get back to you, or respond to email after 3 weeks. Thought this would be a pleasant experience dealing with an online school within the Advtech group like Crawford and trinity House.
