Delay - Graduation Confirmation Letter

I find it highly inept for an institution - Rosebank College to fail and take over 3 weeks to provide a confirmation of graduation/completion of degree that is critical to finalize the student’s postgraduate application and admission process.

We have been to pillar to pillar trying to get this wrapped up and now being told these will only be available 10 February 2025

Surely by end Dec 2024 the institution was well aware of who had passed of failed and in this day and age preparation of documentation does not take more than a 2/3 days

Why is it taking so long?

This gross violation of the individual’s right to access to the documentation and will jeopardise the possibility of admission for postgraduate studies at another institution. This is tantamount to being held hostage by Rosebank College and is not it. The institution’s laissez faire attitude to this request is despicable and is a shame and total opposite to the values and operation of a dignified institution and highly *********.
