Clikfy Delivery and lack of Customer Service

I am disgraced that Pinnacle College Founders Hill chose Clickfy as a supplier of choice. I have 3 kids at the school and both the school and myself cannot get hold of this Clickfy. I have asked for a refund so that I can prioritise my kids’ education and they don’t respond to me or the school.

The excess paid was supposed to have been refund and still no response not even an acknowledgment of the email.

Today when I asked the school to intervene the head of marketing told me that there is nothing she can do as the decision to go with Clickfy was made at a group level. So how on earth was this comapany with no customer service number recommended?
