ADvTECH inefficient representative tarnishes good reputation of their Crawford College Lonehill.
Sheer arrogance and inefficiency metered to me, their paying customer, by their group representative, and against the good instruction of one of their best Colleges, Crawford College Lonehill.

14 Dec 2023, 13:58I suspect AdvTech's replies that they send to customers that have complained, are all computer generated!! Worse still, I suspect they immediately tick them off as "DONE" without anyone ensuring that there is an adequate resolution of their customers' queries internally. From my experience of yesterday to now while I am still kept waiting, I also suspect that they probably "tick off and toast" away every complaint and quip, "let them eat cake".
