Advtech Group (Communicate Midrand)

Me and my wife sent our CV`s to the company, my wife went for an interview at the recruitment agency. until now, nothing happened from their side. we see vacancy`s in our field appearing on their website and on other career websites that communicate is part of or even advertising the vacancy and then me and my wife has all the requirements and qualifications to the vacancy. Yet, still no call to us or even one interview for job. This recruitment company is not what it promised to be. looks like a help a friend company only, so if you are not their friends then you do not qualify for a job. We asked the company if we can forward them jobs that me and my wife meet requirements to speed up the process and they said yes, please do. but still no outcome. feeling very disappointing by the company "Advtech Communicate Midrand."
