Absolutely Horrible Service from ADvTECH Finance Department and support service

My experience with ADvTECH has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have been trying to sort out a loan repayment issue and it has taken over 10 phone calls just to get in touch with one specific lady handling the matter. Every time I called, I was either transferred around or told someone would get back to me — which never happened.

Eventually, when I did get hold of the right person, she claimed she needed documents from Sanlam in order to proceed. I immediately contacted Sanlam, only to be told that this request made no sense — they stated clearly that the funds could just be deposited directly into the bank account, no extra documentation required.

I forwarded this information to Riola (from ADvTECH) in an email on March 12th, and as of today — nearly a month later — I have still received no response. No update, no feedback, nothing.

ADvTECH is currently withholding money that is rightfully mine, and their complete lack of professionalism and communication is beyond frustrating. If this is how they handle something as simple and important as a loan repayment, I can’t imagine how they treat other financial matters.

Avoid dealing with them at all costs if you value your time, sanity, and your money.
