assist to cancel a contract - poor - non existent service

i desperately need help - i have had wireless router installed by this compnay and had no end of problems from dropped calls to router not working so no calls no fax no internet - they are completely disregarding my mails and whats app messages requesting cancellation of this system . is there someone that can advise me please .
