Advanced Telecoms, more like Advanced Disappointment.

I have phoned this company 7 times to move the WIFI modem. I was told that someone will phone me back, they didnt. I was told that the technician will come out on Monday to move the modem, today is Tuesday. They are absolutely useless and I dont know how this company is still around. This has been the worst mistake that I have ever made. I never should have taken a contract. I ask for the managers email address they give me an admin email address. Absolutely no joy. Maybe Wendy Nola should get involved here.
