unhappy customer

Advanced Telcom is a cheat and their business is based on lie. they came to my business and told us that Telkom SA is going for digital due to cable theft and they are part of Telkom. Since their name is similar you really don't doubt. They told us that I would be paying much less than what I was paying for Telkom. They got our work with package. In reality we are paying much more than what we were paying to Telkom. When I called Telkom SA about this company they had no clue about Advanced Telcom. Their service is poor. I can not get hold of the person who promised to solve the problem. I am very unhappy.
