Pathetic service

They where quick to sign a contract and to sell the product, but after sale service is pathetic. They made promises they cannot honor, migration from current service provider to them extremely slow, and product they sold does not lift up to standard what suppose to. Even the manager make promises that he doesn't keep. we are still waiting for them to sort out the mess.
