Zero Customer Service

I asked in Dec for my alarm to be inspected and was emailed by Isaac that he would arrange it. I asked again in January - Isaac apologised and said he would ask again. They finally arrived on the 26th of Jan. I was promised the inspection certificate by COB the 28th. After numerous calls, messages, emails to Isaac I am still waiting. I have phoned the accounts dept, the technical department with no luck. Various people promise to call back, still waiting two days later.<br> <br> Find it quite telling that they don't have a Customer Service Dept - shows what they think of their customers.
