This business shows ZERO customer care towards me. I have been over charged for "excessive call outs" even after notifying them twice that the system is faulty , they sent out technicians to try and sort out the issue but have failed and yet I get money debited out of my account from them.

I have requested credits and each time I get told they have submitted and awaiting approval. When I ask for a reference number or an email so I can confirm the telephone conversation I get told I will receive an email and I don't receive anything. When I get asked to be cc'd in their emails I get told they cannot due to the POPI ACT

A new person assists everytime and they all have the same excuse that they were under the impression that this was sorted out.

There is not set debit order date and I sometimes get billed randomly in a month.

I received a call from ADT Pietermaritzburg. The lady just told me she doesn't know how to sort out the issue. I am not sure if getting a call from someone who tells me she will try to speak to someone as she doesn't know anything is ADT's way of showing they are busy with my refund.

DO NOT USE FIDELITY ADT 👎

I still have not had any assistance from ADT SECURITY. my funds are still not paid neither has anyone being competent enough to get through a phone call or get back to me both admin staff at Pietermaritzburg and head office show absolute zero professionalism. PATHETIC SERVICE PATHETIC Ethics PATHETIC STAFF .

ZERO URGENCY. ZERO CUSTOMER CARE , ZERO RATED
