ZERO ASSISTANCE, ZERO CALL BACK, ZERO HELP

<p>I cannot believe I have been trying to contact ADT since the 20 May and have even resorted to posting on Facebook. I gave notice, I offered you a new client, you signed the new client, two people paid for the same alarm for a month. I keep getting random calls, one to say I was getting a refund of 3 months - told them to check records - never came back to me. Another one to say I was getting my money back - asked for something in writing - nothing and no money!!! You CANNOT expect to prosper as a business when you CANNOT even get your records straight. Nevermind the fact that you are a SECURITY business!!</p>
