You'll be dead before they respond.

They have extremely slow response time. They keep blaming load shedding however when I trip the alarm its an odd hour where there's no sign of load shedding. Before signing the contract please test their response time, both the phone call (if it ever comes) or to dispatch a unit. They will never even try to enter a complex even after informing the complex security to allow them in. The call center personnel appear to be ***********. Unfortunately their responsibility are limited however even after asking them a number of times to ask their manager to call me back, they never pass on the message. My advice to anyone is do not try them before testing them. Ask neighbors and any acquaintances about their poor service. Please save your money for possibly any better security service providers. There are others around wth possibly better service.
