YOU WILL NOT BE SAVE WITH ADT

Owing to loadshedding / rain in Cape Town or some other reason, our electric fence was doing the clicking sound and also sparking. We called ADT and was put on hold for the longest time. They didn't even know we switched off the fence - THEY DIDN'T EVEN CALL. When we spoke to their team, they said we should monitor it AND THEY WERE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT WHETHER WE COULD PAY FOR THEIR CALL OUT AND ANY REPAIRS. This company is not interested in your safety, trust me. I've lived in Rondebosch and saw their regular patrols in the affluent areas. Now we're in Plumstead in Cape Town and their service is ATROCIOUS. I've never seen a patrol AT ALL. They're always late to call. They never send out a car to check when the alarm has gone off. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE WITH THEM AS OUR SERVICE PROVIDER.
