Wrongfully charged for security fees

Last year September I moved to my new home in an Estate in Midrand, when enquiring on activating my alarm system and the radio linked to it, ADT sent a salesmen who advised me that I need to pay a monthly fee of R350 for their services, this activates the alarm and radio linked to it. However this sneaky salesmen failed to inform that our Estate has an existing contract with ADT and residents do not need to pay a monthly fee of any sorts, the body corporate pays ADT a whole lot of money every month which covers every resident in the estate. <br> <br> I was the only person in my entire estate paying R350 a month for their services as the salesmen failed to inform me that I do not need to pay. ADT is still yet to refund my money for all the debit orders that went off from November 2014 to June 2015. It seems ADT is quick to take my money but has no timeline to refund my money, this is very ********* and I demand a refund within the next 5 working days, or I will hand this over to my lawyers.<br> <br> All I am asking for is a refund, this is not rocket science! I have been working with Abram Mmakola who says it has been escalated to the regional manager yet I have no money refunded to me!!!!
