Worst swevice ever

This is the worst security company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The rental alarm system is constantly faulty, yet I’m still expected to pay every month for a service that I don’t receive. Their “agent” is even worse than them with no communication skills and absolutely no customer service ethics at all. The irony is that when I contacted the agent about 2 weeks back, I eventually said they must cancel my service as I was beyond frustrated. The speed at which the cancellation was executed was insane. If only that type of efficiency could be used for customers….
