Worst Service Provider Experience Ever!!

<p>A contract still not cancelled since May 2016 after Sydney, the ADT rep faithfully and repeatedly promised that it was indeed cancelled and that the equipment in question would be removed. MEY01122</p> <p>Contract terms not explained by said rep.</p> <p>Unauthorised debit order processed</p> <p>Management that hides behind a call centre and impossible to contact - no feedback from ADT staff</p> <p>20 minutes hold to finally get through to Cancellations</p> <p>Floyd in Cancellations who doesn't acknowledge receipt of e-mails or give feedback after several requests</p> <p>Unprofessional installation - wiring not properly routed in the roof and wiring offcuts left lying all over the house</p>
