Worst service from ADT security

I recieved the worst service ever from ADT security, on the 22-02-2018 I received a call from ADT that there's an alarm in my house at 30 simunye street, Chesterville ext1. I instructed the call center agent that she must send ADT to go and check what's going on but the lady sent Volts security to go there, I told her that Volts doesn't respond on time they come after an hour to attend the alarm. Even if they come they only check outside the gate they don't enter inside the yard even though I have the lock from ADT. The alarm came at 10:50 and at 12:04 I received another call to come to my house there was a brake in.....If the lady from the call center had listened to my request to send ADT security, they could have arrived on time maybe some of my stuff would not have been ******. It's clear that I'm just waiting my time to pay for their services, they don't respect my request, i complained about volts time and time again. I'm really really disappointed about the poor service from ADT. I wish they can treat their customer's equally especially those who stay in the black communities
