WORST SERVICE EVER.....ADT DOESNT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

Still waiting for a quotation for a remote control for my mother in laws house that was broken into, spoke to you guys and apparently it was sent but i never received it. i have now make 4 calls from last week of which i have spoken to Raeesa,Dominique and veronica and today i spoke to Nohaan who said she would escalate this however by the time it gets sorted there will be another emergency. I then also requested last week for the guys from the control room to get technical to call me because my LED light in my home was not coming on and today when i check it wasn't noted for anyone to call me regarding this, The call was on (Friday 6-7pm). WHAT IS GOING ON GUYS>>>>>THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
