Worst service ever from ADT

Let me start with how absolutely useless ADT is with their after sales service. I have been leaving messages since last week for someone to call me back. The so called supervisors don't even bother. I need to have a service done on my system as it's not working the same way as it used to, so, I called the technical department where a guy spoke to me and came back to me as promised. The second time however, no word from them. Then they want to charge you a rediculous call out if they need to come out. This is the worst afters ales service ever experienced. From here I will make sure to "Advertise" their pethetic service on every sosial media platform. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!
