Worst service ever experienced again

<p> this is the second time that i have ADT to send me a technician to my premises. And for the second time they do not listen and do whatever they want. I asked them to send a technician to assist me and askes to be here at a certain time. And what do they do, send one that is a covenient time for them. I want a phone call from a manager at adt technical service and sort this out now.</p>
