Worst Service Ever!!!

I moved house last year and needed to sign up for a new Armed Response Monitoring Contract. As the previous owners had used ADT, I decided that it would just be easier to stick with them and subsequently signed a new contract with them.<br> <br> There are not enough characters in this report space to detail my full shocking experience, but from Sales People who dont have any idea how to treat clients, to technicians who either dont arrive to appointments, or dont even know how to use the alarm system, to a call centre who leaves you on hold for 45 minutes to try and resolve your complaints - I am still waiting on a refund that was promised to me over a month ago.<br> <br> I am blown away that this company is actually still in business and would never ever entrust the security of my home and my family to these ***********s.
