Worst service ever!!!!

I contacted ADT to send me technician as my alarm is not working correctly They can only send a technician out in a weeks time!! If I would like one to come out sooner I have to pay a call out fee!! How do you have a technician available only if I pay!! What if something happens to me and my family in this week?? I have been a customer for almost 4 years now and this is how you treat me!! Worst company ever. I will no longer support you. And will tell all my friends and family about this.
