WORST SECURITY COMPANY IN SA

ADT is supposed to be a critical service provider, especially in this country, but all I have received is poor service and excuse after excuse after excuse. My property has been broken into about 5 times over the last couple of years. There has not been one single time that they ever arrived within 5 minutes of an alarm going off. The latest being the 4th of January'22 - arrived more than 10 minutes after alarm activation. This time I wouldn't just accept and have been promised that a Mr. Swart would contact me. It has been more than a month and it would appear that this "Mt. Swart" does not exist. I have requested this person to contact me on more than one occasion, but no return call? The apathy, and what seems to be, poor training of telephone operators at their Head Office in Midrand also leaves much to be desired. There is no one to take your call serious and seems nothing happens to complaints laid. Mr. Bartmann, you were a good rugby player, but it would seem that the Fidelity "buy-out" has caused a huge disconnect with its private customers. Your organisation is losing the plot ! ADT is an absolute joke - the other service providers in my area are more visible and actually know hat they are doing. I was given a new lock to my gate by ADT last year, but yet I'm sometimes left with patrol slips saying they can't access my property????? I have threatened before, but I'm seriously considering cancelling my service with ADT - I'm sure this review won't cause a reaction as the arrogance, especially over the phone, is a clear indicator.
