WORST SECURITY COMPANY EVER

We all ready had an alarm installed at our home but it was not linked to a security company. So we decided to be safe and have adt come install a new alarm... Worst mistake Ever... We went from having 8 separate working zones and remote arm and disarm to a flimsy little system where half the zones work as one and some are literally falling off the walls... No remote arm and disarm and absolutely no idea how to operate the system. On top of that the technician who installed the system even took our old alarm keypad with him. STAY AWAY FROM ADT
