Worst Security Company EVER!!!

I have really had enough of ADT and their pathetic service. I have had endless problems with the sorry excuse for a company since inception. There is absolutely no customer service as no one ever bothers to call you back yet alone respond to any of your emails. Oh and nor do they even do their technical part of things, instead shift the blame to Secupro..... As if I made any dealings with them or signed up or even pay a monthly subscription to Secupro The fastest response I got from anyone was when I called in to find out if they got my CANCELLATION email. Money was taken off from my account but I now have to wait weeks in order to get my money back and no one can give me answers yet alone get hold of a manager. Im sure they probably get paid to sit on their asses and look pretty instead of servicing customers and putting ADT in a better light as it already is a damn ****ty one. <br> If I do not get assistance and my refund I will be taking this further as this is extremely pathetic.
