Worst security company

I wrote a review on ADT in this forum on 12 Oct and was contacted by a Hendrik Getine Operations Manager of ADT who asked that I give them a chance to improve matters and gave me his assurance that the response time would improve. Early this mornin my back beams triggered the alarm. Wonder ADT took a whole 22 minutes to respond. When I phoned Mr Getine his response was that he couldn't be responsible for load shedding. Well there was no load shedding in my area when the alarm went off. Thankfully help arrived before the ADT guys so I was safe. Definitely changing my security company on Monday. As I have said before ADT places your life at risk rather than protecting you from it. Use them at your own peril.
