WORST SECURITY COMPANY!!!

I have a company in Kuilsrivier. My company is with ADT as well as my wife's take away shop that is next to my company. My company and my wife's shop is connected on 1 system. On 20 April 2015 I contacted ADT to let them know that they must sent out an technician to take out the eye and keypad by my wife's shop because we are renovating and the whole shop is going down. Okay then on 23 April 2015 one of ADT's technicians came to take it out, but I don't know what he did wrong because from that day my alarm system DON'T WANT TO WORK AT ALL!!! That same night when I try to put on the alarm and it wont work I contacted ADT to let them know and they told me they can send someone the next week because all their technicians are fully booked ( so now I must be without an alarm for a whole week ) the next week come and still no ADT to fix my alarm. I talked to everyone possible at cape town as well as head office but still my alarm is out of order. It is now 2 June 2015 ( one month and 10 days later ) and still no alarm system. I want someone to please come disconnect my system because I'm going to an other security company and I want the money I paid for the month without service.
