Worst first impression. Have to beg them for an installation.

Worst first impression ever. I signed up for a installation of a security system and we waited for for 2 weeks and we did not receive a call for any installation. We had to call ADT to find out when they would be coming and they said on Friday the 10th of June 2022. No one showed up, we stayed at home the whole day waiting for them and the technician kept on saying they will be coming and never arrived. I called their number and no one could help me and there was no installation that was showing on their system according to them. It’s as though once you’ve paid them and they have your money they literally don’t care and this is the first impression of a business that is supposed to be about response in life threatening situations. I’m highly disappointed in the service.
