Worst experience of my life!

The worst experience of my life from Adt security where the alarm went off for a long time around about 10 pm, at that point in time one of the guys were already in the yard approaching on our door step, two were standing infront of the gate, I then received a call from the adt call centre around about 10:16 while I was on the call with the police trying to get assistance since we are only females in the house and an infant, Adt only sent a security guard named Thembela Dyosi who came @ 10:45 asking if everything is okay? We pay a lot of money to be secured but the level of urgency at Adt was totally ignored, they are rending a false service in the location because they are never around when they are needed, this is the 2nd time that Adt security has failed me in providing a good service, even the call centre was not even helpful because they never called again to follow up, to them its all about their jobs and not the lives of their customers, no sense of urgency!!! I am extremely dissatisfied with the Service Adt has provided me I would not recommend it to anyone who lives in the location because they are useless but still get their fee at the end of the month for DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!
