Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don’t bother getting this system.

I cant believe this poor service I get from ADT... waiting over a month to get a call from them, mabye they will tell me again they dont have our numbers, its redicilous My alarm goes of in this month 5 times and didnt received any call to find out if me and my family is still alaive, all i got was a small letter in my postbox that said, cant access premisis. And that after half hours time. So if im somone kept us hosted inside they wont come and help us because no access and dont know why they cant give us a call. No ADT you can close your doors, the company is useless against protecting people, you are just in for the money. I signed up with you guys to protect me and my family, But I made a mistake, should've signed up with another armed response. Even head office cant call me once in 2 months and that after I waiting for the patrol car to ask them to call in over their radio, for the office to give me a call Then its another empty promise. That's pathetic!!! And even after this message, I bet you still wouldnt give me a call, u know why? You just dont care about your costomers, only waiting to deduct your payment end off the month every month. Well that was the last payment you get from me and also my family and friends. Want everybody to see how bad ADT service become. Hope you have a good day now.
