Worst Customer Service and delayed reponse

In April I logged a complaint regarding service cancellation that was sent to ADT in October 2013, it seems their delayed response is the norm even when responding to a query, the only feedback I got from their Customer Service was that someone will contact me, as of today noone has bothered to, and I keep getting text messages from Debtsource that my account has been to sent them from ADT, useless company you can ever deal with, and their bullying tactics are disgusting, I cancelled the contract, and I informed you what more was I expected to do, I need this resolved and I need it resolved today, I am not dealing with Debtsource as they are just as useless, do not want to listen to anything you tell them.
