Worst company to do business with

We were promised a 24 month coverage including warranty for the equipment installed. We paid for about 8 months and then we noticed that the alarm system was malfunctioning. We logged a call with ADT and we were told that we are liable for the repairs to the system. We raised concerns about four times (telephones and emails) with the ADT office but were ignored for about 6 weeks. Then the ******s had their way and stole our stuff. We then stopped paying.</p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; color: #666666; font-size: 11px; line-height: 20px; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;">Months later ADT comes through their agents Debtsource with a letter of demand. We explained to the agents how things got sour and provided proof of several attempts made to get ADT to play its part of the contract.
