Worst Company Ever

I cancelled my ADT contract due to poor service from their side, but they gave my name to debt collectors for a cancellation fee...shocking.

I have multiple email communication to them where I explained my dissatisfaction, but they just ignored my concerns and raised a cancellation fee. Nobody was willing to listen. Poor customer service.

Reason for my cancellation back in 2018: I reported a suspicious vehicle at my house to the control room and did not get feedback. I had to phone 20-30 min later to check up again. Also the feedback from the control room and sector vehicle is totally different. But what is really disturbing is the words from the lady at the control room when I asked whether they confronted the people in the car at my house. Apparently they cannot just stop anyone because they can also get shot. Seriously? This is not the answer I would like to hear from an armed response company who is suppose to protect me and my house.
