Worst armed response service!

At 20:21 an intruder was spotted in our yard and the panic was pressed. The phone rang and the consultant was told to please get someone out here now as there is an intruder in the yard. The patrol guy received a call to be despatched from Asherville to Morningside 4mins later, he then arrived at my house at 8:30 casually walking into the yard. 1) ADT said that a car is dispatched the min the panic is pressed, however the guy only received a call 4mins later 2)The panic button was pressed for the second tym at 8:25 but the guy still only arrived at 8:30 3) ADT provides a patrolling service so why is it that a car from Asherville needs to be despatched to Morningside? I strongly believe that ADT needs to improve their level of service. We as clients trust them to act when we are in danger,however they promise alot of things when you sign-up but none have been forthcoming! The level of service is pathetic, when requested to speak to a supervisor they promise to call back but don't. Is that what ADT believes is customer service?but forget to pay your account one month and see how quick they will call you!!
