Worst armed response, even worse customer service
Absolutely shocking!! Bad response time on Armed response. Takes them between 12 and 30 minutes. Then if you want to cancel your contract due to poor performance they send you an invoice for early termination fee, you cannot dispute it with anyone. "It will be escalated", but no one comes back to you. Terrible! Stay away from them if you are looking for armed response in Cape Town!
