Worst ADT sale after service

I have taken ADT home security and React alarm company installed equipment Customer Code :KAU00140 . Alarm was installed on 1st Oct 2022. Last week 19th Oct 2022 it just went off while it was raining. ADT technincian came and checked the system told us board need to be replaced by React alarm company. I informed React alarm same time (People I contacted Peter (sales Person who sold alarm contract & Bongani) And also contacted Mr. Logan (ADT technical manager ) both assured me that they are going to send technicians to replace mother board of device next day. But now it’s more than a week nothing is happening. I am following up every day 2-3 times but nothing. Both React alarm and ADT are very confused how to work together and I stuck now with their confusion. Both companies high level management must sit together and make SOP to work. I am without security in my house more than a week now even after paying them for every second. This is very stressful situation. I am not so ****ed off by both companies. Don’t buy ADT security because anyone can struggle like me.
