Worst accounts department on planet earth

My account no: TOI00027. 2 months in a row now I hve received statements from ADT stating than an amount of R255.56 is outstanding. What????? <br> Before Jan 2016 my monthly instalment was 362.00 (in fact I think it was a little less than that - but that is what I have been paying)<br> As of Jan 2016 my monthly instalment has been 390.50.<br> Every month to-date has been paid in full and before the due date. <br> Today I phone your accounts department only to be told they \do not know how the R255.57 is outstanding\". Really!!!!! <br> Your accounts department service and staff abilities or lack thereof is shocking. <br> I just cannot and will not put up with the irritation of trying to deal with your accounts dept and sort this nonsense out. I will take my business elsewhere, I prefer to get an armed response company that has an accounts dept that actually knows that they are doing.<br> "
