Worsed service

My alarm went off at about 00h45 this morning and adt called. I then requested them to send the armed response since I'm in the house and don't feel safe to go out to check what's happening. At 01h25 i called them since their response has not yet come and they told me it's on the way. When i asked them about the response time they said they can't tell since it's raining. Now it's 01h35 and still no sign off them.

This is the worsed service I have ever received from a security company. No value for money. We are just giving them our money to call us and nothing more. We are not safe.
