Worse tracking company ever

Hi. Since my last review of this company. I came to realize that this in fact the worst choice for anyone to make. Going with this company. They took well care of me as a client the last time, but I realized it was only to avoid reviews. So I spent a lot of time and air time trying to get hold of their account department. Only to have the phone dropped in your ear. After waiting for 10 to 12 minutes for someone to answer. All I wanted to know is why they deduct off my account if my contract is finished. Take note. Quick to sign new customers, but as soon as you in. It's over. So think wisely before choosing this company. It's more important to take your money than customer service. Makes you wonder what will happen when you actually need them.
