Worse service from any company ever experienced

<br> I've been with ADT for many years, and because my alarm just always worked, very few false alarms I had no complains. Until I moved housed. They never transferred me although I informed them 3 weeks before my moved. After the they eventually hooked me up in my new house, and I paid a few thousand rands for new battery and radio pad, etc. my issues really started. They could not add more new remotes, they could not set-up zones properly, I installed new board, new receiver, forking out more thousands of rands. Every month I'm billed but I got no alarm. <br> They eventually quoted me over R15000 for a new alarm board (note, all censors and outside beams are in working order, this is just for new and latest board). I asked for Monitor net to give me a quote, they quoted under R5000 for an even better board with far more functions. But I sit with this little thing called signed contract.....<br> I seriously would like to warn you against ADT. I had some bad experiences from other companies, but they are a Sunday pick nick compared to ADT. <br>
