Worse Service Ever !!!

On Friday we have a burglary in my house and ADT didn't respond then we call them they respond after 10 minutes they can't even give the report why no one respond at the scene in time WORSE OF ALL we were told the arm respond supervisor will come and see us till now we still waiting, ADT MUST come and take their machines am done their pathetic service !!!
