Worse Service and Reap Off!!

I had a guy - Kyle Hogdson come to my house to do a quotation in April 2018, then he went with forms and advised that security would contact us to make arrangement to come fit the system. To date i havent received a call nor had the systems installed at my house but they are debiting me each month R368 and i dont know for what. I really need this sorted cos i am paying for a service i do not have! Whats worse is that each time i call ADT to get assistance, they drop hang up on me!
