Worse Arlam respond i ve ever received

With the recent response from adt security i am very disappointed shem all you care is the fuel increases that you add that we dont negotiate it with u, yesterday i came into the house without disarming the system but i received the call from the call centre after 30 minutes am very angry with your service and all you can say its loadshedding as your excuse while i didn't ve it in my area the worse part come next month you want a radio fee that gets the signal by such a long time all you care is receiving coz how can a offer respond after an hour if they were *****ing you won't buy my goods in these festive i expected a better service as you know its high crime season now all i wañt is to cancell these relationship with you guys its not for the 1st time
