Wont jump small wall to save a life!

<p>We pay a monthly call out fee only for the guys to leave a note and not jump the wall, please tell me what the point is of this? i contacted the call centre 2 months ago and was reassured that a note was made on the system that the guys would jump the wall in the event of a call out. However last night the responder refused to jump the wall as he needed it to be authorized from his supervisor, this was after we had told the switch board that it was an outside beam that had triggered the activation and that the responder must just the wall. Does ADT think its safe for the client to go out and open for their men when any average person can gain access over an average sized perimeter wall?! I have now tried to contact ADT twice and haven't received feedback as yet. Please advise why i should not move to the next competitor where they actually do a thorough call out?!</p>
