wolf behind sheep clothing

after a two year contract, and i got the biggest suprise of my life. my alarm went off last week, and no armed response came out to my property. i phoned Adt to inquire and was informed that i only qaulify for Monitoring and not armed response. i have a signed contract and service agreement which stated i would have both monitoring and armed response, but adt decided to change this, without notifying me. they aslo went against the terms of our contract. How can i be charged such a huge amount for a security to phone the police on my behalf, instead of sending out armed response. its sickening, to think i was under the false impression that i was safe and that if needed, adt would be there when really needed. paying a security company to phone the police on your behalf, this is a crazy notion and still seems unbelievable.
