**** with alarm system for a full year

<p>it started a year ago when i called adt for a instalation they sent one of ther agensts to install a alarm system </p> <p>from the get go we had problems with the alarm giving falls alarms. from then to now they have maybe sent out there technisions 30 times to try and repair the alarm and to this day it still gives daily fals alarms. when i reqested the quotation from them i asked for pet friendly system as i had a cat and a dog! the outside pasifs keeps giving fals alarms! we had adt send out there own technisions to come check it the answer the gave me was that the passisfs that is outsisde is not the correct ones! as it is not pet friendly ? uni wisp keeps telling us it is pet friendly. the guy from adt them selfs told me that they will not put the pasifs anywhere near where there is trees and my whole yard is full of trees! now adt sends me sms's telling me that i must pay them for over active alarm (exceeding 5callouts a month) wich is not my fault! when i call them there aditude towards it is that uni wisp must replace the outside passifs and uni wisps aditude is they will not replace it as there is nothing wrong with it. we also had 2 instances that we were inside the house with no alarm armed that they called us and said there was a alarm? im not getting any joy from any one of them </p>
