Will not respond to an emergency

You guys are just paying lip service much like the politician in this country. The guy who called on Monday and promised to personally come hasn't come and the week done. By the way, we are not the only ones in our street this happened to on that day. 2 of our other neighbours also heard the intruders in their yard, pressed the panic button and nothing happened. One of them had text all of the neighbours for help, luckily we had already called the police and other neighbours just like us had to physically call you. On top of that, when your respondents finally arrived they asked us for a step ladder. What training do you give them that they can't even jump a wall? And the other one is not wearing his vest so he could not even pursue the guys who were running away, instead, he has to run back to the car to go put it one. We literally call you to tell you that we see the intruder and the respondent literally comes without a vest on. What did he think he was going to do, have a sit-down and negotiate with the intruders? All of this just makes me think that they deliberately took long to come so as to give the intruders time to grab what they can and flee. This is all beyond appalling! Shameful! I really wish mapogo a mathamaga still had a presence in our area.
